Intake Paralegal (Remote)
A Personal Injury Plaintiff Law Firm is hiring an Intake Paralegal. The position will provide a remote hybrid work schedule (2-3 days from home). The Intake Paralegal is responsible for interviewing potential clients that have been a victim of an injury; auto accident, negligence, slip and fall, dog bite, etc. Gather all supporting documents (medical records, police reports, incident reports, etc). Work closely with the client, litigation paralegals and personal injury attorney to ensure a smooth process. Coordinate appointments, assist in scheduling meetings, etc. There is opportunity for advancement here. Individuals who want to learn how to be a Legal Assistant or Paralegal are encouraged to apply. The firm promotes from within and will teach you how to prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, complaints, etc. Additionally you may be taught how to schedule hearings, meditations or depositions.
