Intake Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for a call center, WFH position

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing inquiries related to medical records, care plans, and documentation review. You will work closely with the nurses.

Duties
• Respond to incoming calls from patients and clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in the management of medical records.
• Provide administrative support and handling inquiries.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain computerized systems for tracking patient interactions and updating records as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication between patients and providers.
• Uphold confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information.

Requirements
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in various software systems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Spanish speaker preferred but not required.(Increased hourly wage for Spanish)
• Requires at least 4 weeks of training from home.
