⢠*Responsibilities:
⢠Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, and email
⢠Conduct intake calls and accurately gather client information
⢠Schedule appointments and send timely confirmations
⢠Follow up on missed calls, no-shows, and incomplete intakes
⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
⢠Deliver a smooth, professional onboarding experience for all clients
⢠*Requirements:
⢠Clear and fluent English communication (US or British standard)
⢠Strong phone presence with excellent clarity and articulation
⢠Ability to think independently and communicate without reliance on scripts
⢠Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
⢠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
⢠Comfortable handling frequent calls and daily client interactions
⢠*Compensation:
