Insurance Verification Specialist Texas or Oklahoma residents

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Insurance Verification & Claims Specialist to join our growing team. What You’ll Do • Accurately verify dental insurance benefits • Review, prepare, and submit claims with proper documentation, including x-rays • Identify and distinguish pre-operative vs. post-operative x-rays • Interpret dental images, including tooth numbering and treatment areas • Collaborate with dental providers and administrative teams to ensure complete and accurate information • Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA training provided) What We’re Looking For • Proven experience with dental insurance verification (required) • Strong understanding of dental terminology, charting, and procedures • Knowledge of dental codes, claims processes, and insurance guidelines • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment • Experience with multiple dental software platforms is a plus Position Details • Employment type Full-time • Work location Remote Required Experience • Minimum of 1 year in dental claim follow-up • Minimum of 1 year in dental claim submission • Minimum of 1 year in dental insurance verification Work Location Remote Job Type Full-time Pay $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Application Question(s) • How many years of dental insurance verification do you have?
