This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of daily processes and has a significant impact on advisor retention and overall business growth. Responsibilities Sort and prioritize all incoming correspondence Triage all new applications received Handle insurance carrier feed rejects promptly Generate reports Create shells in WealthServ Communicate effectively to management and escalate issues where appropriate Identifying gaps and risks in documentation.
