RemX is hiring remote Outbound/ Insurance Specialist for a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a call center environment, making outbound calls verifying medical insurance. Job Details: Position: Remote Medical Call Center Agent Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided Start Date: November 2024 Job Details: Perform outbound calls to carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Using computer skills for data entry. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Requirements: Must have1 year or more medical insurance verification experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) • Professional communication skills • Insurance Verification • Data entry • Great work attitude and willingness to help others. • HS Diploma/Equivalent. Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) • Equipment Provided. Must be able to pick up equipment.
