This is a 100% remote position. You'll work with individuals who have already expressed interest in coverage and meet with them virtually to review their options.
Daily Responsibilities:
ā¢ You'll connect with warm leads-no cold calling required.
ā¢ Conduct virtual appointments with clients
ā¢ Educate families on available coverage options
ā¢ Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
ā¢ Participate in training and mentorship
Earnings & Advancement:
ā¢ Commission-based compensation structure
ā¢ Typical first-year earnings: $70,000-$125,000+
ā¢ Leadership and additional income opportunities available
ā¢ Performance-based bonuses and incentives
Ideal Candidate:
ā¢ Self-disciplined and goal-oriented
ā¢ Open to feedback and coaching
ā¢ Comfortable communicating with others
ā¢ Interested in long-term development
