Are you an experienced Insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base hourly will start at $22.00 per hour. . You will earn commission and bonuses based on a ramping scale of production.

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Generation: Actively promote insurance products and services to drive sales growth.
Policies Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options and policies.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Requirements
A Property Casualty License is required for the position
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a fantastic presenter.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Prior Sales Experience.
Professional phone etiquette.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
