📍 Hybrid – Knoxville, TN or Remote (eligible states: TN, VA, SC, GA, FL, MI, OH, TX, MO)

Are you a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals?

National Contracting Center (NCC) is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated B2B Agency Recruiting Specialist to help expand our national network of independent insurance agents, agencies, and small business owners specializing in Medicare, Life, and ACA products.

In this role, you’ll combine consultative sales, business development, and recruiting to identify and partner with high-performing 1099 insurance agencies across the country. If you enjoy the “hunt,” love connecting with entrepreneurs, and excel at building long-term partnerships, we’d love to meet you.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and develop relationships with independent insurance agencies and business owners nationwide

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings

• Lead discovery conversations to understand agency goals and align them with NCC’s solutions

• Negotiate and close partnership opportunities

• Manage and grow a strong prospect pipeline using Salesforce and self-sourced leads

• Stay informed on market trends, compliance updates, and product offerings

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of B2B sales, recruiting, or business development experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience with CRMs, LinkedIn, and virtual communication tools

• Self-starter mindset with strong business acumen

• Ability to travel occasionally

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Recruiting 1099 or commission-based professionals

• Medicare, Life, or ACA insurance industry knowledge

• Experience working with insurance agencies, FMOs, or carriers

• Bilingual skills are a plus
