Insurance Sales Producers (In-Office & Hybrid)

The West Agency is a Farmers Prime Agency, we are hiring two experienced Texas-licensed Insurance Sales Producers who know how to sell. This role is built for motivated professionals who want strong commissions, consistent opportunities, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities
• Sell personal and/or commercial insurance policies
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals
• Discuss and sell Life Insurance
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Requirements
• Proven experience in insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to articulate complex insurance concepts clearly
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client population
• Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license – required
• Life license preferred (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment)
• Insurance sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
