Compensation:

Bonus + Commission, unlimited 1099 income

Uncapped Commission Earnings

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years in a professional sales role. (helpful but not required)

A license to sell Life insurance or fixed annuities is required. (or willingness to obtain license immediately)

Willingness and ability to prospect and network within the community to build a client base as well as call warm leads by phone.

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to be held accountable for results.

A desire for continuous learning.

Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Excellent communication skills consisting of oral, written, and listening skills.

Collaborative decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability and willingness to be coached and implement changes to improve performance as needed.

Advisor Responsibilities:

Prospect for new business through networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Set appointments and meet with potential clients to help identify and meet clients needs.

Offer expert insurance policy recommendations based upon the clients needs.

Prepare and develop illustrations and case designs to close sales.

Provide excellent ongoing service and support to existing clients.

Discipline as a self-starter with the ability to conduct business for yourself with the full support and backing of Tru Protection Financial.
