$45,000.00 Base Salary + 50% New Bonus Commission (total of $65,000.00 - $95,000.00)

Requirements
Licensing: Possess or willing to obtain the necessary licensing requirements to sell insurance in Colorado.
Education: High-school diploma or GED required, bachelors and/or masters degree is a plus
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client communication.
Customer Focus: Genuine interest in assisting clients and providing exceptional service.
Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
