About the Role:

As a key member of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for managing and processing high-volume submissions in Property & Casualty commercial lines with accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
Ā Manage and process P&C commercial lines submissions efficiently and accurately.
Ā Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Ā Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, policies, and submissions effectively.
Ā Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other team members to ensure seamless policy processing.
Ā Review and verify policy documents, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
Ā Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
Ā Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to P&C commercial lines.
Qualifications:
Ā 3+ years of experience as a CSR in P&C commercial lines.
Ā Proficiency in AMS360 is mandatory.
Ā Strong knowledge of P&C commercial lines products, policies, and procedures.
Ā Ability to handle high volumes of submissions efficiently and accurately.
Ā Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
Ā Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
