Insurance Marketing Specialist

$150,000 Responsibilities:

Implement events and other marketing initiatives to drive insurance sales and brand awareness among key target audiences
Collaborate with creative team members on marketing campaign and promotional materials and other company collateral
Maintain our CRM system by tracking marketing campaigns e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information
Analyze and report results of content marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, paid advertising, and speaking engagements to maintain a profitable cost-per-lead balance that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Inform supervisors of timely industry trends in the marketing field for consideration


Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed
Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases
Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers
Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients

Qualifications:

Proven proficiency leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
Demonstrated project management, analytical, and both verbal and written communications skills is necessary
1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing specialist role, entry-level marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar specialty is necessary
Experience using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and core computer programs is essential
