Established more than two decades ago, our firm is a full-service corporate law practice that has grown to include a team of more than 35 experienced attorneys. Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters, as well as insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.

Job duties:
Work remote!
We have offices in San Antonio and Houston.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
· TX bar
· Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
· General, Premises Liability
· MVA, Personal Injury
· Construction Defect
· Products Liability, Toxic Torts
· Medical Malpractice
· Insurance Coverage
· Commercial / Excess Litigation
