Job duties:
Work fully remote, or hybrid schedule - your preference. Just need to be local to Las Vegas area for court appearances.
ā¢ Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
ā¢ Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
ā¢ Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
ā¢ Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Required:
ā¢ NV bar
ā¢ Recent insurance defense experience
You should know some of the following:
ā¢ General, Premises Liability
ā¢ Auto, Personal Injury
ā¢ Construction Defect
ā¢ Products Liability, Toxic Torts
ā¢ Medical Malpractice
ā¢ Insurance Coverage
ā¢ Class Action, Employment Law
