This is an opportunity to join a well-established, nationally respected litigation firm with a strong reputation in insurance defense and coverage work. The platform is known for its trial capability, consistent caseload, and collaborative culture.
You’ll operate in a fully remote setup, while remaining based in Orlando for court appearances and key litigation events.

⚖️ What you’ll be doing
• Managing insurance defense litigation matters from inception through trial
• Taking/defending depositions, handling motions, and attending court hearings
• Working on high-exposure liability claims (bodily injury, premises, complex liability)
• Playing a key role in trial strategy and preparation
• Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and experts
✅ What we’re looking for
• 4+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Trial experience (first-chair or meaningful second-chair exposure)
• Background in general liability / personal injury defense
• Florida Bar admission (required)
• Must be based in the Orlando area (for court appearances)
• Ability to run files independently in a remote environment
