Insurance Defense Attorney

The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide legal advice on insurance matters. Duties:
Ā Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
Ā Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Ā Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on insurance defense matters.
Ā Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.
Ā Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
Ā Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals.
Ā Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Ā Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Ā Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
Ā Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to insurance defense.
Requirements:
Ā 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Ā Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
Ā Proven track record of handling insurance defense cases.
