Role and Responsibilities
ā¢ Respond to Customer Service Requests: Answer 35+ calls/day, respond to texts/emails.
ā¢ Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all customer interactions.
ā¢ Strong Work Ethic: Show up everyday ready to win in a team environment.
ā¢ Achieve Cross-Sell Goals: Meet cross-sell goals (umbrella, renters, life referrals, etc.). Position is approximately 95% service.
ā¢ Referral Development: Encourage client referrals by asking after every interaction.
Qualifications
ā¢ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
ā¢ Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
ā¢ Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
ā¢ Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
ā¢ Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
ā¢ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
ā¢ Genuine desire to positively impact clients' lives by assessing needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
