Job Description
A reputable law firm has partnered with us in a selective search for an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent litigation credentials and at least two years of experience. This position has the option to be fully remote (anywhere in California).
Requirements:
ā¢ Licensed to practice law in the state of California
ā¢ JD from an accredited law school
ā¢ 2-10 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and counseling
ā¢ Strong writing and analytical skills
ā¢ Experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice
ā¢ Ability to work independently
ā¢ Can be remote
Benefits:
ā¢ Merit based bonuses
ā¢ $850 covered for employee
ā¢ $650 covered for dependents
ā¢ 401K with 3% salary contributed.
ā¢ Paid parking
ā¢ PTO/ Sick Time
ā¢ Ability to work remote- as long as you are admitted in the state of CA
