About the position
As a Claims Service Specialist at GEICO's Tucson, AZ office, you will play a crucial role in assisting our policyholders during some of their most challenging moments, particularly after an accident. This training is conducted entirely in-office, ensuring that you receive hands-on experience and support from your peers and supervisors. Once training is complete, you will transition to a hybrid work model, spending four days a week in the office and one day working from home. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and gathering statements from all parties involved.
