Insurance Claim Specialist (Public Adjuster) for Large Warehouse Fire Loss - Contract to Hire
We are a U.S.-based e-commerce company (Amazon + multi-channel) seeking an experienced Public Adjuster or Insurance Claim Specialist to assist with a major warehouse fire loss claim.
Situation Overview:
Warehouse location: Miami, USA
Incident: Fire damage resulting in significant inventory loss
Estimated loss: ~$2,000,000
Insurance: Warehouse has a $2M per occurrence policy (shared across multiple clients)
A legal firm is already representing the warehouse/insurer and requesting documentation
What We Need:
We are looking for a professional who can:
Review and validate our inventory loss data
Prepare a complete, professional insurance claim file
Handle communication and negotiate with the insurance company / warehouse legal team
Maximize our claim recovery from the shared insurance pool
Advise on strategy and potential risks
Our Business Context:
Amazon FBA + 3PL inventory model
Multiple SKUs, batch tracking, and expiry-based inventory
Inventory records available (shipment docs, invoices, internal reports, etc.)
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Public Adjuster in the United States (preferred)
- Proven experience handling large commercial claims
- Experience with warehouse, inventory, or fire damage claims
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claim negotiation
- Experience dealing with legal teams / insurers
