Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, coachable, and excited about building their own book of business with the backing of a successful and rapidly growing agency.
You will be responsible for helping clients with home, auto, life, and commercial insurance needs using our full suite of carrier partners.
What You’ll Do
• Quote and write new business through our multi-carrier platforms
• Build client relationships through calls, texts, and follow-up
• Review policies and recommend coverage improvements
• Help clients save money with alternative carrier options
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Work remotely with flexible scheduling

Qualifications
• Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required
• Must hold a valid Illinois P&C license (or be willing to obtain one). Other states are a bonus.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Desire to grow a meaningful and stable long-term income
