Insurance Agent- No Experience Necessary! - Remote | WFH
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Insurance Agent with no prior experience required to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our company's book of business by connecting with new and existing clients through virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom. This is a 100% commission-based sales position for the first year, with agents... transitioning to earning residual income starting from year 2.
Responsibilities
Ā Engage with clients through virtual meetings to present and sell various insurance policies
Ā Tailor insurance plans based on the unique needs of clients
Ā Specialize in areas such as mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection, and more
Ā Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ā Expand business reach through effective networking techniques
Ā Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations
Ā Continuously track and identify areas for improvement
Ā Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Qualifications
Ā While previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related HR fields is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite
Ā Ability to establish rapport with clients and build lasting relationships
Ā Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of insurance products
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
