Insurance Agent - Bilingual

Pethealth is seeking a French Bilingual Insurance Agent who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service. The Bilingual Insurance Agent is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues. This role can expect 5-10% of their communications to take place in French, with the remainder in English. Job Location: Remote – Oakville, Ontario Main Responsibilities: Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements. Manages incoming contacts regarding members questions, customer complaints, products, warranties, and general customer inquiries in accordance with quality and processing guidelines. Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts. Maintains product knowledge, and awareness of customer services policies, and/or store policies. If applicable, maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
