• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations where applicable
• Negotiate policy terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that align with their financial goals and coverage requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and guiding clients through the claims process when necessary
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase outreach and brand awareness within diverse communities, including multilingual audiences
• Support benefits administration by explaining policy features, coverage limits, and optional add-ons to clients seeking customized solutions
• *Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM systems for managing client information efficiently
• Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service excellence while working independently or as part of a team
• Prior experience in marketing or outreach initiatives that enhance community engagement is a plus
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
