Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate coverage options.
Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to provide informed recommendations.
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and policy changes within the sales administration system.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; prior experience in insurance is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools for managing client information.
A valid insurance license will be required in P & C, Health & Life; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential.
