Sutherland is seeking Work-at-Home Licensed Health Insurance Sales Advisors for a short-term temporary position. Our Advisors provide sales presentations over the phone to sell Medical/Dental/Vision insurance to existing and prospective customers. This is a temporary position that focuses on Open Enrollment and will begin September 8, 2025 and will end January 31, 2026.
Job Description
In this position, you will:
β’ Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the client's insurance products.
β’ Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven, effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the client's insurance products (when applicable).
β’ Gather all required data; determine eligibility; build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses
β’ Utilize effective salesmanship and excellent customer service skills on all inbound and outbound calls
β’ Accurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems; and track/record outcome of calls as well as issues and inquiries requiring follow-up

Qualifications
Must have active L&H insurance license, valid in state of residence
β’ High school diploma or equivalent
β’ Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite

β’ Internet access speeds of 10Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download - the faster the better!
β’ Hardwired internet connection; wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems.
