Duties • Initiate and secure prior authorization approvals from insurance companies for various home service contracts, or services. • Verify homeowner insurance coverage accurately by reviewing policies to prevent claim denials. • Collaborate with estimators and office staff to gather necessary documentation such as floor plans, testing, and project information. • Maintain detailed logs of authorization requests, approvals, denials, and follow-up actions to ensure transparency and accountability. Qualifications • Proven experience in insurance claim administration, preferably within home insurance environments. • Experience working in home service business is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
