You’ll have the flexibility to work part-time or full-time — set your own schedule while meeting production goals.What You’ll Do:
Engage with new and existing clients to offer insurance products that meet their needs
Build strong customer relationships
Work independently and stay motivated to reach sales goals
Contribute to a supportive and fun office culture
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience preferred
Self-motivated, go-getter mindset
Strong communication skills
Able to work independently and meet performance goals
Must obtain appropriate insurance licensing prior to start
Compensation & Benefits:
Performance-based pay structure
Estimated annual earnings between $25,000–$65,000 based on production
Bonuses based on performance
