They are seeking an Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, process policy changes, and maintain strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesGenerating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)Process customer policy change requestsFoster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyaltyProvides ongoing support to insurance clients as neededEducate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needsSkills1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer serviceMicrosoft Office SuiteStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenBe a great self-starter with a sense of urgencyProficiency to multi-task and problem solveA Property & Casualty license is preferred.
