Insurance Account Manager

Hill & Usher Insurance & Surety is a growing independent insurance agency based in Arizona. They are seeking an Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, process policy changes, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.) Process customer policy change requests Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs Skills 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills, both oral and written Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency Proficiency to multi-task and problem solve A Property & Casualty license is preferred.
