Instructional Systems Designer - REMOTE

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing cybersecurity training courses that are impactful and essential for the advancement of online learning within cybersecurity. You will work on both synchronous and asynchronous materials, utilizing the ADDIE process to create a diverse range of training experiences. Your expertise will directly influence the training and readiness of personnel in addressing cybersecurity challenges and contributing to a more secure environment. Responsibilities • Develop synchronous and asynchronous training materials utilizing the ADDIE process. • Support the O&M and updates of existing courses. • Collaborate with technical experts to convert course materials for online learning. • Manage multiple lessons in various stages of production and meet deadlines. • Conduct live instruction as needed. Requirements • 5+ years of related experience in instructional design, technology, or cybersecurity. • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Familiarity with ADDIE methodology. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and web-based authoring tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
