Develops and designs courses and curricula following instructional design principles and practices.
Creates web-based training (WBT) courses using Storyline 360.
Builds comprehensive training materials using MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-based tools.
Works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to assess training needs, define course content, and design realistic/practical learning activities.
Analyzes, updates, and refines existing courses (both online and instructor-led courses).
Designs learning activities and evaluation tools aligned with the defined learning objectives.
Writes scripts for video and audio content.
Develops instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
Keeps current on best practices in instructional design and e-development.
What we're looking for

Proficiency in instructional design concepts, including assessment strategies
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
Able to easily connect and engage with stakeholders
What you should expect in this role

3-5 years of experience in instructional design, including developing learning materials and training programs.3-5 years of experience in instructional design
Proficient in Storyline 360 and MS Word/PowerPoint
Experience working with subject matter experts (SMEs)

The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
