About the position Responsibilities • Collaborate with instructors to design and develop online courses for credit and non-credit programs. • Ensure high-quality course materials are created that fulfill educational objectives. • Apply evidence-based pedagogy in course design and development. • Utilize educational technology tools and systems effectively. • Implement project management practices to oversee course development processes. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Technology. • 3+ years of ed-tech work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years with a Master's Degree. • Demonstrated project management experience. • Understanding of educational pedagogy, particularly for online teaching and learning. • Ability to analyze and solve problems with innovative solutions. Nice-to-haves • Master's Degree related to learning, instructional design, or technology. • 2+ years of experience with technology-enhanced courses and programs. • Familiarity with User Experience design trends and best practices. • Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools. • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and instructional modules/media. • Experience with prototyping and designing product experiments. • Experience with graphic design and communication design.
