Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer - Remote - MST/PST
About the position
The Instructional Designer/ eLearning Developer will transform instructional design concepts into engaging, interactive digital learning experiences using industry-leading authoring tools. This role emphasizes creativity and technical expertise to design, develop, and deliver visually appealing and learner-friendly content.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and similar tools.
ā¢ Convert instructional design documents into visually compelling, engaging content.
ā¢ Create scenario-based activities, simulations, and assessments aligned with adult learning principles.
ā¢ Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
ā¢ Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to iterate and improve deliverables.
ā¢ Manage version control and maintain documentation for all eLearning assets.
Requirements
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other eLearning platforms.
ā¢ Experience creating enterprise-level eLearning for global audiences.
ā¢ Strong understanding of instructional design and accessibility compliance.
ā¢ Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize content for LMS environments.
ā¢ Strong storytelling ability to make learning engaging and relatable.
ā¢ Innovative and creative approach to digital learning design.
ā¢ Ability to design fun, visually appealing, and interactive experiences.
ā¢ Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and workflows.
ā¢ Agile and comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
ā¢ Prompt-writing capability for AI-driven (Co-Pilot preferred) content development.
