Responsibilities:
ā¢ Partner with Patient Operations leadership to create and provide effective, efficient, and relevant learning content used to educate cross functional global partners.
ā¢ Responsible for developing eLearnings, documents, materials library, OJTs, and curriculum as assigned
ā¢ Lead and own multiple actions for projects, as assigned.

Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Education, or related field
ā¢ Required minimum 3-5 years of learning and development experience.
ā¢ Expertise in adult learning principles
ā¢ Experience building content and leading training sessions in a variety of locations, and with remote virtual learning environments.
ā¢ Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet.
ā¢ Proficient in training software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
ā¢ Prefer minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated environment.
ā¢ Experience with Quality Document Management Systems and Learning management systems.
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Teams.
ā¢ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: specifically: InDesign. Preferred: Adobe photoshop.
