Instructional Designer- 100% Virtual

We are working with our client to locate an experienced Instructional Designer to support onboarding program enhancements and develop a short, modern eLearning module. This is an initial short-term engagement with potential for future work supporting a broader manager development program. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 month Hours: up to 40 hours/week Location: remote Experience Required: Experience designing and developing onboarding and leadership development programs Strong background in Articulate Storyline for eLearning development Ability to create sleek, modern learning experiences Experience supporting a distributed workforce, ideally in industries such as Manufacturing, Parking, Retail, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, or Hospitality Strong visual design skills (PowerPoint cleanup, branding, layout optimization) Experience designing for mobile-first learning environments (Workday Learning or similar LMS preferred) Ability to identify content gaps and provide instructional design recommendations NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions Due to the nature of this virtual position, we anticipate a high number of responses from interested applicants.
