Our state-approved educator preparation program delivers a comprehensive curriculum delivered in a blended-learning, residency format. #T.E.A.C.H. Instructional Coaches establish and maintain trusting and professional relationships with residents, graduates, / principals, and other school-based support staff as needed. Coaches also design and facilitate content-focused programs for #T.E.A.C.H. graduates and their colleagues that include a range of clinical experiences that advance the technical and content-knowledge needed for teaching. Instructional Coaches help Collaborating Teachers understand and utilize mentoring techniques to refine their mentoring practice and support residents’ continued growth in this challenging work. Coaches work to help foster and support a culture in which getting and giving feedback is a customary practice for all #T.E.A.C.H. residents, Collaborating Teachers, and graduates.'
