You will follow clear step-by-step instructions and input data into our internal systems so that customers receive the correct environment, on time.You will work closely with the technical and provisioning teams, making sure all required information is collected, accurately entered, and tracked to completion. This is a detail-focused, process-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks and precise administration.Important: it's a part-time working arrangement (2 days per week, 8 hours/day preferred) for 6-9 months.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry to provision SmartRecruiters x SAP SuccessFactors customer instances, following detailed checklists and standard operating proceduresCarefully copy, verify, and update customer information (e.g. names, IDs, dates, configuration choices) across internal tools and trackersTrack incoming requests in shared lists/trackers, update status fields, and manage basic prioritisation according to defined rulesFlag missing or unclear information to the appropriate stakeholder in a timely and clear wayMaintain accurate records of all provisioned instances, including dates, versions, and status, ensuring documentation is always up to dateQualifications:Your ProfileExceptional attention to detail - you like getting things right the first time and double-checking your workComfort with repetitive, structured work such as data entry, list updates, and form completionStrong English proficiency (written and verbal) is required, as you will read process documentation and communicate with internal teams in EnglishProcess-driven mindset - you follow step-by-step instructions precisely and raise questions when something doesn’t match the documented processComfortable using basic office tools (e.g. spreadsheets, online forms, internal ticketing tools); no prior technical or engineering background is requiredWhat We OfferFully remote, part-time working arrangement (2 days per week, 8 hours/day preferred) for 6-9 monthsHands-on experience within a global SaaS company during a high-impact integration phaseA role where your administrative accuracy and data entry skills have a direct, visible impact on customer experienceAdditional Information:SmartRecruiters is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
