Instagram Content Strategy Consultant (Long-Term)

I'm the founder of a done-with-you client acquisition agency serving online fitness coaches. I'm looking for an experienced content strategist to consult me on an ongoing basis to optimise my Instagram content strategy. The goal is simple: attract my ICP, nurture them, and get them to raise their hand. I create all content myself, you advise, review, and sharpen my approach. You do not create content. What You'll Be Consulting On: - Reviewing my content (talking head reels, B-roll with text, authority and belief-shifting posts) and providing strategic feedback. - Advising on a full-funnel content mix across awareness, nurture, and conversion - Helping me understand what's actually converting versus what's just getting views - Advising on how organic content can work alongside paid ads to lower lead acquisition costs and improve ROAS - Available via Slack or messaging for async feedback and reviews Who I'm Looking For: - Proven experience consulting on Instagram content strategy for personal brands, coaches, or service businesses - Deep understanding of organic lead generation, not just views and engagement - Strategies that have delivered results in late 2025 and into 2026 - Experience using Stories strategically for nurture, engagement, and driving DM conversations - Experience working alongside accounts running paid ads is a strong plus, please mention this - Has used organic/viral content to generate leads that converted, reducing overall lead acquisition costs - Familiarity with AI tools for content research, planning, scripting, and outlining is a strong advantage, please mention the tools you use - Clear communicator who translates strategy into practical, actionable direction - Looking for a long-term consultancy relationship Must provide case studies or examples of results achieved for previous clients, specifically around lead generation, audience growth, or content that converted to sales.
