Inside Sales/Client Representative: CompHealth Medical Staffing
This position for a Client Representative will acquire new allied healthcare clients with temporary assignment interest. The Client Representative will contact, develop and follow up with prospective and current allied healthcare clients through cold calling and a variety or marketing sources such as the Internet, professional journals, referrals and other leads.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Contacts new and existing clients to solicit business
ā¢ Responds to client inquiries regarding allied services
ā¢ Maintains and updates client database and job profiles
ā¢ Negotiates contract rates
ā¢ Reassigns providers upon mutual agreement of provider and client
ā¢ Assists in developing marketing strategies
ā¢ Negotiates contracts and ensures execution of contracts
ā¢ Facilitates interviews between client and provider
ā¢ Accurately communicates client needs and requirements to Recruiters and Provider Reps
ā¢ Maintains appropriate amount of contact with client to ensure provider and CompHealth are meeting needs of client and to address any issues or concerns pro-actively
ā¢ Documents specifics of job in FOX system
ā¢ Documents all client conversations in FOX
ā¢ Meets all activity and production goals as set by management
ā¢ Ensures completion of QI information
Qualifications
ā¢ Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large scale database system
ā¢ Professional level written and oral communication skills
ā¢ Effective negotiation skills
ā¢ Good customer service skills
ā¢ Excellent prioritization and problem solving skills
ā¢ Ability to understand professional level service needs, client practice and traveler credentials
ā¢ Ability to understand and interpret financial data
ā¢ Conceptually and mathematically able to compute and understand profit margins
ā¢ Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications
ā¢ Communicate in an understandable manner
ā¢ Ability to devise and execute work goals independently
ā¢ Ability to manage time effectively
ā¢ Ability to integrate individual efforts to team objectives and processes
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple details in an organized and efficient manner
ā¢ Education & Years of Experience
ā¢ Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of professional products or services
ā¢ Experience successfully influencing mid to high level decision maker for contracting of professional business services or product
Preferred
ā¢ College level education or equivalent work experience
ā¢ Experience in the health care industry
ā¢ Experience in the sale of professional services

For this position, we offer a pay range of $60,000 -- $250,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
