Inside Sales Specialist

They are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to present and sell service offerings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage customer relationships through CRM tools. Responsibilities Present and sell service offerings primarily through remote channels (phone, email, virtual meetings), with occasional in-person visits Prospect, qualify, quote, and close new service business opportunities to deliver on quarterly and annual service revenue targets Demonstrate the value of service solutions and articulate Cytivaβs value proposition Generate proposals and prepare quotations tailored to customer needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Service, Equipment Sales, Strategic Account Managers, and Marketing to maximize sales potential Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage funnel forecast sales, and track customer interactions Skills Bachelor's degree (preferably in the Life Sciences) or Associates degree and equivalent work experience Minimum of 1 year sales experience Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment Internal drive, focused on accountability and self-development Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred Knowledge/experience within a Service Organization or Service Provider is a plus!
