The ideal candidate would support the ongoing growth of Exclusive Networks’ internal account management teams within pods through quoting, providing administrative support, and offering excellent customer service to partners in order to aid the team in achieving margin targets. The position will report to the Inside Sales Manager in Canada.As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will:Provide a high level of customer support to internal & external teams, issuing quotes, assisting with renewals and purchase orders, and assisting with administrative tasks when necessary (may include financing help, deal registration, and deliveries/logistics)Act proactively regarding renewals, identifying upsell/cross sell opportunitiesResponsively and accurately maintain and exceed SLAsUse your consultative selling and analytical skills for outbound phone/email communications with assigned accountsUnderstand a diverse range of vendor products and ensuring that knowledge of features and pricing is up to dateEnsure that CRM database is up-to-date with the correct opportunity statusQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal Inside Sales Specialist:Detail-oriented, responsive, and efficientStrong communication skills with an excellent telephone mannerKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)Excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to identify a client’s needs and respond accordinglyWilling to work during PST hours Preferred attributes but not necessary are:Knowledge of IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellentPrevious use of NetSuite and CRM systemsWHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for usWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
