About The Job
Cityside Fiber is seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. This role is responsible for converting customer excitement into fiber internet subscriptions and plays a key part in bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills, sales savvy, and genuine enthusiasm for technology, along with the ability to thrive in our dynamic, high-energy sales environment.

Millions of American homes still suffer with slow, unreliable internet - unable to access telemedicine, remote work, or even stream their favorite shows. You'll be the voice that brings life-changing fiber connectivity to families desperate for better service. Unlike typical sales roles, our customers want to hear from you because we're delivering the solution they've been waiting for!
Responsibilities
• Convert inbound inquiries into fiber subscriptions with your consultative approach
• Make outbound calls to newly serviceable addresses with can't-miss offers
• Become a neighborhood expert - know our service areas like your own backyard
• Position Cityside Fiber as the undisputed best choice against competitors
• Handle customer care inquiries with your signature white-glove service
• Master our CRM system to track leads and document customer interactions
• Work prime sales hours (9AM-6PM) with flexibility for high-opportunity weekends
• Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration
• Understand and uphold Cityside Fiber’s core purpose and values and be passionate about what we do.
Qualifications
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Natural storyteller with impeccable phone presence
• Competitive spirit with proven problem-solving skills
• Comfort with basic tech (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Availability for evenings/weekends when customers are home
• Passion for closing deals and changing lives through technology

Location
• This position will be remote, with occasional travel to HQ in Irvine.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary: $20 per hour (dependent on experience) plus commission: On target earnings = $60,000
