Inside Sales Representative Relocation

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage with customers, close sales, and assist with their moving process while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Receive inbound telephone calls as a result of various ADT marketing and partner campaigns Engage with interested Security and Smart Home customers to close sales, retain existing customers who are moving, and schedule install appointments with our ADT Field employees Answer new and existing customer phone calls while following sales processes Assist existing customers with their moving process including disconnecting their current service and assuming the sale at the new address Overcoming objections to gather leads and secure sales in the new home Consultatively work with customers to close sales by gathering information, determining needs and scheduling installation appointments Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc Skills One year of sales and/or retention experience Proven sales ability and closing skills De-escalation skills to ensure callers receive the best customer experience Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis Application skills to use what you learn on the call to overcome sales objections Excellent problem solving and communication skills Ability to multi-task while speaking to prospects Benefits Healthcare benefits 401(k) plan and company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance Wellbeing benefits Paid time off 6 paid holidays Company Overview ADT is a security company that provides smart home solutions and business security.
