The Inside Sales Representative, Clinical Solutions plays a crucial role in promoting NGS Clinical Solutions products, driving customer satisfaction, and managing accounts to achieve revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage assigned accounts strategically to deliver solutions and drive revenue growth by understanding both short-term and long-term needs/goals for optimal positioning of IDT’s NGS Clinical Solutions products and services; in addition, prospect for new leads and prepare information for outgoing sales calls to secure new customersDemonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution; Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverages internal resources, when necessary, to achieve the highest level of customer satisfactionExecute and negotiate complex contracts with customers within the territoryBuilds in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisionsParticipates in in-person sales activities including tradeshows, customer field visits, regional or global sales meetingsSkillsBachelor's degree with equivalent experience in a Life Science related discipline or related field required OR Business degree with relevant life science industry experience OR Master's degree in a life science fieldPrevious experience in the Life Science market, preferably in a customer-oriented and/or sales environment preferred1-2 years of Life Science sales experience preferred (remote or in-person)Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM's (Salesforce) preferredNext Generation Sequencing or similar lab experienceBenefitsPaid time offMedical/dental/vision insurance401(k)Company OverviewIntegrated DNA Technologies sells short strands of DNA called oligonucleotides.
