This role focuses on establishing and maintaining relationships with carriers and delivering exceptional service by addressing their needs and challenges.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain carrier relationships through lead generation, cold calling, and referralsLearn about carriers’ business goals, preferences, and capabilities to maximize relationships and satisfactionMonitor account activity, identify inactive or underutilized accounts, and take action to reactivate themLeverage technology such as automated booking products, C.H.
