Role Summary
As a B2B Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, closing SMB and mid-market clients, and supporting enterprise sales efforts through strategic outreach and follow-ups. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless client experience across the funnel.
This is a quota-carrying role that requires a bias for action, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build trust and urgency in client conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation
Identify, research, and qualify prospects through outbound calls, email, and social sellingExecute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) sequences for target segmentsManage and prioritize lead pipelines using HubSpot CRM
Sales Execution
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups with qualified leadsCraft proposals and close deals with SMB and mid-market accountsCollaborate with the Sales Lead on strategic accounts and partner opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Feed client feedback into Product and Marketing teamsSupport pricing conversations with Finance and OperationsCoordinate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding
Metrics & Reporting
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, deals closed, MRR growth)Maintain clean CRM hygiene and pipeline visibilityReport regularly on deal progression, objections, and conversion trends
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise techProven track record of hitting or exceeding quotasExperience using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Strong written and verbal communication skills
