What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to locate new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Follow up on cold and warm leads and secure meetings with prospects and clients
- Demonstrate the employer's training and consulting products and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-sell and acquire new customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales role selling services
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level awareness of key technologies and technology vendors
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo IO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with technology vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, AWS, and Google Cloud
- Experience selling training solutions
